Radisson Bogota Metrotel, Bogota

I found the hotel to have good rooms, but they can get seriously cold during the night. The atmosphere was not very welcoming and rather dark, and there was a very poor WiFi connection in my room, making it nearly impossible to work. On the positive side, the other building was close to a shopping center and bus stops, and the staff were most helpful. However, the pinecones were a bit like family after a couple of weeks. The location was safe and accessible to a mall two blocks over and many different restaurants. The dining option was nice, but it wasn't worth the price at all. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but it was mostly a satisfactory stay.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms could use some remodeling and A/C but were clean and near to restaurants, bars, and cafes. The service was mostly professional and helpful, although I encountered a rude incident that needed the manager's intervention. The staff was attentive and made our stay feel like home. The location was lovely, comfortable for both work and relaxation, and a good place to stay in Bogota. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I found the hotel to be quite spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a separate sitting area, and a convenient working desk. However, there was a lack of airflow in the room due to the absence of a fan or vent that we could control, leading to a slightly stuffy atmosphere. The noise from ongoing construction inside the hotel was also a downside during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at this hotel. The 24-hour room service was excellent, although the lack of privacy due to interconnected doors and the absence of hot water were disappointing. Overall, a good stay.
